Jealousy

Jealousy is an ugly creature.
It has eyes black as a starless night sky,
and an emotionless gaze that could penetrate anything.
It’s fangs drip venom created to kill all hope,
and other chemicals that override all common sense.
When it comes over you,
it destroys your soul.
creating something evil and eternally vicious.
Brisling fur covers it’s malformed body,
and its gait is halting.
The air freezes when it’s near,
and your lungs scream for oxygen.
Your mind rages at it’s touch when it offers false comfort.
